The TBF Meal plan is designed for individuals interested in losing or maintaining their current weight.  


The TBF meal plan provides a general meal option for all meals consumed on a daily bases.  


IF your goal is to lose  weight,  keep in mind the science behind it is calories in VS. calories out.  With that said, you must maintain a calorie deficit to decrease weight.  


"Remember the rule... calories in vs calories out."  Use logic and plan your meals accordingly.
